The NPOTrust Score helps users evaluate nonprofit organizations based on transparency, credibility, and community feedback. It’s a key tool for making confident, informed decisions when choosing who to support, work with, or learn from.

What Is the Trust Score?

The Trust Score is a composite rating (0–100) based on:

Verified information (registration, financials, leadership)
User reviews (quality, consistency, impact and star rating)
Engagement data (activity on NpoPilot and response to feedback)

Promotes accountability in the nonprofit sector

How It’s Calculated

Each score is updated regularly using a mix of:
